About Us

At Life in Bloom Practice, we believe relationships are living systems. They grow, stretch, strain, heal, and evolve over time. Our work exists to support individuals, couples, and families through conflict, transition, and emotional complexity, helping conversations move toward clarity, connection, and resolution.
We offer relational support through mediation, support groups, and intensive couple and family sessions. These services are designed to slow things down, create structure, and make space for every voice to be heard, especially when conversations feel charged or stuck. Our work is grounded, collaborative, and compassionate, with the steady guidance needed to help difficult conversations become productive and forward-focused.
While our mediation, support groups, and intensive sessions are informed by clinical training and extensive experience working with relationships, they are not therapy and do not replace mental health treatment. This distinction allows Life in Bloom Practice to offer flexible, goal-oriented relational support while maintaining clear ethical and professional boundaries.
Therapy services are offered separately through our trusted clinical partner, Grow Therapy, and are appropriate for individuals, couples, or families seeking ongoing mental health treatment, diagnosis, or clinical care.
At its core, Life in Bloom Practice exists to help people move from reactivity to understanding and from conflict to possibility, whether through structured mediation, relational intensives, community support, or therapy through Grow Therapy.

Our Team
Tamika Jones, LMFT
Founder & Relational Specialist

I’m Tamika, the founder of Life in Bloom Practice. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep belief that relationships are living systems, shaped by history, stress, love, and unmet needs. I’m also a Registered Neutral with the State of Georgia, providing mediation with a commitment to fairness, clarity, and ethical practice.
My work focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate conflict, improve communication, and better understand one another, especially during high-stress or emotionally charged moments.
Through Life in Bloom Practice, I offer mediation, relational intensives, and support groups designed to create structure, safety, and forward movement when conversations feel stuck. While informed by my clinical background, these services are non-therapy and focus on practical tools, perspective-taking, and meaningful resolution.
For clients seeking ongoing therapy or clinical mental health treatment, therapy services are offered separately through Grow Therapy. Across all of my work, my goal is the same: to help people move from reactivity to understanding with compassion, clarity, and sometimes a little humor along the way.
